Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Amuse Society within 30 days of your purchase date. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. 

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. Please email us at info@amusesocietyAU.com if you have any questions regarding your return.

Amuse Society reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

If you purchased the product from amusesociety.com, please follow these instructions:
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us, at your expense, within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

Submit a return request 

 Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.
  9. Ship return via an insured shipping method with a tracking number to the following address:

Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition with tags still attached. Importantly, if returning a wetsuit, please roll the wetsuit as received to avoid any creasing of the product. Failure to correctly pack wetsuits may delay or void a refund.

Please allow 7 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded. A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back in AU Dollars at the current exchange rate. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at info@amusesocietyAU.com and we'd be stoked to help you out!

*Amuse Society does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water.

*Amuse Society reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

*All sales are final on Amuse Society stickers, gift cards, prints, and books.


SWIM RETURNS

We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate items that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swim or intimates that meet the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

INTIMATE RETURNS

All panties are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these garments. If you have questions on size, please contact customer service before placing your order.

JEWELRY RETURNS

All Five & Two Jewelry is Final Sale. No returns or exchanges will be made on these items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

30 DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY

Amuse Society covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for 30 days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from AmuseSociety.com or an authorized dealer.

The apparel warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Amuse Society will repair or replace the item with an existing comparable item, if not the same item. If you purchased the product from an authorized Amuse Society dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.
